All Business makes a trip to the kitchen with culinary expert, food writer and TV personality, Gail Simmons. After getting her start writing restaurant reviews, Gail continued to excel in her career by working for an esteemed food critic at Vogue and at legendary restaurants like, Le Cirque. She went on to be the director of special projects at Food and Wine and used her extensive expertise to be a judge for the past 12 seasons on BRAVO’S Emmy-winning series “Top Chef” which is now entering its thirteenth season. Gail joins me to Jeffrey to talk about the cooking business.
