New York legend and founding-father of they city’s hard-core punk scene, Harley Flanagan, joins Jeffrey. Harley is a founding member of the notorious band the Cro-Mags and is sharing his story in a new memoir called, “Hard Core: Life of My Own.” The book tells the story of a child prodigy navigating the controversial punk rock scene, experimenting with drugs and violence and hanging out with Andy Warhol and Allen Ginsberg. This interview explores that and more as Harley takes Jeffrey back to a different time in New York City’s history.
